maintenance, ARC First Aid/CPR, written tests and field problems.
Advanced PipePart II

Prerequisite required Basic Pipelaying & Basic Transit/Level/Laser. Transit/Builders
level, manhole building, sewer blueprints, pipe patching and repairing, rodding water
main, tapping forced main, copper flaring/lead joints, continuity test, air/water test,
pipe laser, laser setups, operation and maintenance.
Restricted Plumber
1. January 31-February 11 - 2 weeks

Wisconsin IND. CODE 145, restricted plumber curriculum including mound systems. Three
years of verifiable employment with sewer contractor required. Laborers who want to obtain
the plumber-restricted service license should request a credential application from the
Wis. Department of Commerce, Safety and Buildings Division (608) 261-8500.

Course complies with OSHA regulations 1926. 450-454. Curriculum includes the OSHA
standards, fall protection, stairways and ladders, electrical hazards and loading of
scaffold. Hands-on training on the scaffold systems include frame and brace; tube and
clamp; systems, tower & suspension scaffolds; shoring & rolling tower, and aerial
lifts.
