On behalf of LECET management trustees Bill Kennedy,
President of Rock Road, applauded the efforts of the
Laborers in building a strong working relationship
with signatory contractors, helping to improve their
competitive edge in the industry.

addressed delegates Sunday. Wineke's populist working family's
record in the legislature and adamant support for building trades
issues earned him the Laborers endorsement for Congress this year.
